so i just got mspy installed on my daughter’s android and most things seem to be working but i can’t figureout how to actually turn on the call recording feature. is it built-in or do i need to buy it as a separate add-on? any help would be amazing
Hey, good question - mSpy’s call recording on Android is actually one of those features that sounds great in the brochure but is pretty limited in reality due to Android’s own restrictions on recording calls.
Last I checked it either requires rooting the device or it’s just not reliably available depending on the Android version, so a lot of people pay for it and then get frustrated when it barely works.
Honestly for keeping tabs on a kid, the call logs feature (who called, how long) plus SMS monitoring covers 90% of what parents actually need - and if you really want to hear conversations, just… talk to her lol, works better than you’d think.
