i’m concerned about who my kid is texting and checked the account but the messages aren’t visible. anyone know if there’s a way to read someone else’s texts without having the phone?
Verizon’s online account only shows you numbers called/texted, not the actual message content - that’s just how carriers work. For a kid’s phone, your best bet is either using Google Family Link (Android) or Apple Screen Time if it’s an iPhone, both let you see a lot more without needing to grab their phone constantly. If they’re young enough, honestly just having the phone linked to a shared family Google/Apple account from the start makes everything way easier.
