My kid is really into watching shows on Netflix, but I’m worried some of them aren’t suitable for their age, I’ve tried setting up a kids profile but I’m not sure if that’s enough to filter out all the mature content, can anyone suggest a more effective way to restrict access to inappropriate content?
Hey swift73, the Kids Profile on Netflix is actually pretty solid for this — it locks them into age-appropriate content and they can’t browse outside of it as long as you set a PIN on your main profile so they can’t just switch over.
Go into your Netflix account settings online and set up Profile Lock — that’s the key step most people miss. Takes like 2 minutes and makes the kids profile actually stick.
