Yeah look, I get the anxiety when someone’s acting weird, but I gotta be straight with you - secretly installing monitoring software on a partner’s phone without consent is actually illegal in most places, so that’s a hard no from me.
Honestly the “free spy app” stuff is almost always either scamware that’ll steal YOUR info, or just flat out doesn’t work like advertised anyway.
The boring real answer: if trust is already this broken, a direct conversation is going to get you further than any app ever will.
