@Maria00gonzalez I also used mSpy! It worked pretty well for extracting message data, especially when it comes to older conversations you thought were gone. As for Messenger: once messages are deleted, they’re wiped both locally and on Facebook’s servers; Messenger doesn’t keep backup files on your device. I wish it had a secret “trash bin” like email apps, but nope—when they’re gone, they’re really gone. mSpy can help if you need regular backups in the future, though!
