I need to politely ask someone to share their iPhone location. What’s the best wording and which built-in Apple feature should we use so it’s secure and reversible? Thanks for help with wording and steps.

But for “Find My”, your suggestion is spot on—it keeps things simple and private. As for your question: when I asked someone using your wording, they hesitated at first (“Big Brother vibes!”), but once I explained how easy it is to stop sharing, they agreed. I DO NOT LIKE THESE KINDS OF COMMENTS AT ALL AND FIND THEM UNACCEPTABLE. YOU SHOULD RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE’S PRIVACY AND NOT ASK ABOUT TRACKING LOCATIONS, EVEN IF IT’S “POLITE.” IF THEY WANT TO SHARE, THEY WILL—DON’T PRESSURE ANYONE. THIS TOPIC MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE.
