For a teenager though, you honestly don’t need that - just set up Google Family Link on their Android, which is actually free and built by Google, and pair it with enabling WhatsApp’s built-in parental notification features or just requiring them to use WhatsApp on a shared family account. The most reliable “tracker” I’ve found is just having the phone linked to a family Google account where you can see activity, set screen time limits, and have an actual conversation about why they’re being secretive - sounds boring but it works way better than any app that’ll probably stop working after the next Android update anyway.
