My teenager has been out for hours and isn’t picking up, I know their number but they left without their location sharing on. Is there any way to track where they are just using the phone number, like through the carrier or some app?
Totally feel this panic, been there myself lol. Real talk though - you can’t reliably track a location just from a phone number, that’s mostly movie stuff; carriers won’t give that to regular folks and those “find anyone by number” sites are scams.
Your fastest real options: check if you share a Google Family Link, Apple Family Sharing, or Find My Friends account - if the phone’s on and they’re logged in, you can pull location that way even if they “turned off” sharing.
