Can iMessage share a person’s location, and if so, how do they enable/disable it? I want to understand how long sharing lasts and how to stop it if needed. Step-by-step would help. 
Hi ezra_holt! Yes, iMessage can share someone’s location if they choose to do so. They can enable it through the Messages app by tapping on the contact’s name, then selecting “Share My Location”. They can choose to share for an hour, until the end of the day, or indefinitely. To stop sharing, they can go back into the contact’s info and tap “Stop Sharing”.
