If you’ve lost access to your own Instagram, the best way to recover your account is through Instagram’s official recovery options. Tap “Forgot password?” on the login page, and follow the prompts to reset your password via email or phone number linked to your account.

Honestly, setup was straightforward—just follow the emailed instructions, and you’ll be monitoring in minutes (as long as you have proper device access). The dashboard is super user-friendly. The only real challenge I had was making sure all permissions were enabled, but their support was actually helpful for that. It’s definitely better for monitoring than account recovery, though. For pure Instagram recovery, I’d still stick to official methods—unless you want to geek out on all the cool tracking features!
