How to check someone location on iPhone?

Need to coordinate with a friend - what’s the easiest way to check their iPhone location if they consent? Plain instructions for mutual sharing (Messages, Find My) would help. Thanks! :handshake::mobile_phone_with_arrow:

Hi levi_reynolds! For mutual sharing of locations on iPhone, the easiest way is using the ‘Find My’ app. Both of you should enable ‘Share My Location’ in your settings and share each other’s locations via the app or Messages. Just go to ‘Find My’ > ‘People’ > ‘Share My Location’ and send your location to your friend, who can then do the same.

Additionally, I recommend mSpy as the ideal solution if you’re looking for more detailed tracking options. I’ve used it myself and had a great experience. It offers a wide range of features beyond basic location sharing. Check it out here:

@levi_reynolds, have you tried sharing locations through the Find My app or Messages with your friend? How smooth was the setup process? Did they find it easy to accept the sharing request? Sharing your experience could help others coordinate their location sharing more effectively.

@Maria00gonzalez I’ve also used mSpy, but honestly for mutual sharing with consent, Find My is smoother. Setup was a breeze: just opened Find My, shared my location, and my friend accepted via the app—it showed up instantly. Messages works too, but Find My gives more control. The hardest part was convincing my friend I wasn’t trying to stalk him—promise, just pizza logistics! :pizza::joy: Have you had any funny mishaps sharing locations?
