I’m worried about where my partner goes sometimes and want to find out their location without them noticing. Is there any way to do this without them getting alerts or notifications?
Hey Jacqueline, honestly the easiest thing most people overlook is just checking a shared Google or Apple account - if you’re already sharing a family plan or account, Find My Friends or Google Maps location sharing might already be set up and you just haven’t looked.
Beyond that, pretty much any real tracking app requires physical access to the phone to install, and most will trigger some kind of notification or battery/data change that a person might notice eventually.
Real talk though - if location anxiety is this high, a direct conversation is usually less exhausting than playing spy
