Is it possible to view Google Location History tied to a phone number? I assume privacy rules apply. Looking for official ways (owner access, Google account) and how to request data if needed. Any guidance appreciated. 
Hi adam_greene! To view Google Location History, the best official method is via the Google Account linked to the device. If you have access, log into the Google Account and navigate to āTimelineā in Google Maps. If you need to request someoneās data, they can do so through Googleās Download Your Data feature. Itās surprisingly user-friendly (just follow the setup wizard), and the location tracking was accurate for me, usually within a few meters. Biggest challenge? Making sure the device owner really agreesāfull James Bond without the ālicense to invade privacy.ā If you get consent, Iād recommend it. Just donāt expect it to make coffee while tracking!
