After showcasing the World’s first Smartphone with an under-display fingerprint sensor, the Vivo X20 Plus UD, it seems like Vivo is going to make news soon again.
If you have been thinking that 6GB or 8GB RAM on a Smartphone is an overkill, then a few leaked images on Chinese website Weibo, indicate that Vivo is working on a Smartphone called “Xplay 7” that will feature 10GB RAM.
Even though 10GB RAM on a Smartphone sounds more like a marketing gimmick, it is not the only high-end feature of the Vivo Xplay 7.
The device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, will feature a 4K resolution 18:9 OLED display and either 256GB/512GB of inbuilt storage option as well. The device will also feature a dual-camera setup in the rear featuring Sony-made lenses and under-display fingerprint sensor.
Another expected feature of the Vivo Xplay 7 is “Face ID 2.0”. However, it is still unclear on how the “2.0” version of Face ID will improve the technology.
