Last month, LG has launched its another Fullvision screen smartphone, called LG Q6. For now, the device is available in the company’s home market, Korean market and Indian market will be the second country that is getting the device via Amazon exclusive. The LG Q6 will be launched on August 10.
It comes with 5.5-inch FullVision IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution and offers 18:9 aspect ratio, which gives you an immersive gaming, video and browser experience. It’s easy to operate the smartphone by one hand, the body dimensions of the phone are 142.5 x 69.3 x 8.1 mm which makes easy to use, touch and hold in hand. It comes with the metal body which is designed by 7000 series aluminium.
LG Q6 is powered by Octa-core CPU under the hood along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset. It has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage option with micro SD card support up to 256 GB. It comes with the 13-megapixel camera on the back side along with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera on the front panel for selfies and video call with 100° viewing angle. It is packed with Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery inside and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box. There is no fingerprint sensor in the phone, but it offers face unlock and LG’s signature KnockCode feature.
LG Q6 supports Dual SIM COnnectivity, 2G, 3G, 4G LTE. There is Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2, A2DP, LE, GPS, with A-GPS, NFC, 2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, connectivity features and basic sensors. The smartphone will be available in Astro Black, Ice Platinum and Terra Gold color option. But there is no information about the price of the device, yet.
The company also launched the two other variants of the LG Q6. One comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option which known as LG Q6 Plus (LG Q6+). Another one comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage option which known as LG Q6α.
