HTC is gearing up for another Smartphone launch.
Well, not the HTC U11 successor, but a new mid-range Smartphone which for now is dubbed as HTC 2Q5W1.
The device has been spotted on Geekbench and will be powered by a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 625 processor and 3GB RAM. Android 8.0.0 Oreo will be the software on the device.
This device is the first Smartphone from HTC to feature the Snapdragon 625 chipset. As per the Geekbench score, the single-core performance of the device is 776 and multi-core performance is 3911.
In other news, the launch of HTC U11 successor won’t happen during MWC 2018 mostly due to the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ launch that is scheduled to happen one day before MWC.
Even though an exact launch date is not yet available, it is probable for HTC to launch it during May or April.
